At Youth Zone, we believe in creating a welcoming and empowering space where young people aged 11+ can thrive. Whether it\u2019s trying out new sports, getting creative, building confidence, or just having fun with friends, there\u2019s something for everyone to enjoy.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Our sessions are designed to promote physical activity, emotional wellbeing, and personal growth in a way that\u2019s engaging, inclusive, and youth-led. From fitness and games to arts, discussions and goal setting, Youth Zone is all about helping you to be active, be healthy, and be happy.<\/p>\n<\/div><\/div>\n\n\n\n

We\u2019re proud to work in partnership with Knowsley Council and the NHS to deliver meaningful, health-focused activities across Knowsley, all free of charge.
